Auditing and annual Financial Statements
At Snijder & Associates we strive to add value to our clients. Apart from the annual Statutory Audits and Independent reviews, we assist clients in designing and implementing internal controls to enhance the security of transactions within the organisation.
All audit work is performed in accordance with the International Auditing Standards. Statutory annual financial statements are drafted in accordance with South African Statements of Generally Accepted Accounting Practice, and in the manner required by the Companies Act.
Monthly Accounting and Payroll
As part of our commitment to deliver a comprehensive service, we have a separate division specialising in Accounting and Payroll. Our services are custom tailored to the unique needs of our clients to ensure an effective and reliable service.
We use Pastel as our preferred accounting package, and VIP as the salary administration program. Our service includes the monthly recording of accounting transactions, preparing and rendering of statutory returns and preparing monthly management accounts.
Company Secretarial
The registration of new Companies and amending existing Companies and Close Corporations can all be done at Snijder & Associates. Our dedicated team guarantees a seamless and effective service, ensuring the client gets what they ask for.
Structuring of company shareholding is part of the advice we offer to our clients. Where applicable, we form Trusts to maximise flexibility and effective control.
Estate planning, Wills and Deceased Estates
At Snijder & Associates we live our brand promise, and ensure that our clients receive the best unique individual advice in the industry. Estate planning and the drafting of Wills is part of this service. Many clients trust us with their most precious asset – their family.
